We are the only company in the Czech Republic and one of the few in Europe to produce our own wire for 3D bending and subsequent welding in accordance with the strict automotive standard IATF 16949 as well as the standard for railway technology ČSN EN 15085 – 1.

We offer all possible shapes and types according to customer requirements. We focus on the shape stability and accuracy of the product.

We have a stock of more than 1000 tons of wire in various diameters and steel grades from our own production available at any time, our own 3D bending machines and wire straighteners, which allows us to any requirements quickly and efficiently.

The wires are welded on modern, fully automatic robotized centers of the world's leading manufacturers. We have several types of robots and stationary welders to cover all possible types of welds and technologies.

 USAGE

Our basic welded products include tie-down eyelets of various sizes, welded wire components for warehouse equipment, and individual welded components for subsequent assembly at the customer's location.

We specialize in welded structures and seat frames for various uses in the automotive, railway or furniture industry.

We focus on the production of large series, but thanks to the plethora of wire in stock we can flexibly respond to small series.

We cooperate with producers of the wire products. We can also offer the production of the wire products according to your drawings.
